What Next?

Your first month nbn^® plan fees are charged at sign-up, plus any additional Wi-Fi Routers purchased during your sign-up journey.

We accept VISA, Mastercard or AMEX. Once your payment is complete, we will get straight to work and submit your order to nbn^®. If nbn^® has not been connected at the property before, it will typically take between 1 and 3 weeks to secure the next installation appointment to activate nbn^® at your address. We will keep you up to date on every step of the process to activate your nbn^® connection.

If access to your property is required, we will let you know. It is important that someone is available to provide access during the scheduled activation appointment. If the timing doesn’t suit, just let us know and we can re-schedule this for you.
