NEW TANGERINE SPEEDY MAX PLAN WITH NEW CUSTOMER DISCOUNT FOR SIX MONTHS

Australia’s rapidly growing leader in affordable nbn® and mobile plans, Tangerine, is celebrating the launch of a new nbn® plan, the Speedy Max.
New Tangerine customers with Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) and Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) technologies can opt for the new Speedy Max Plan 500/50^ at the highly competitive introductory pricing of $68.90 per month for six months as part of a new customer discount offer (followed by $88.90 per month after this period).* The plan comes with unlimited data, no lock-in contracts, and access to Tangerine’s popular bundle and save options,# delivering flexibility and value from day one.
It’s common for telco customers to feel overlooked once they’ve signed up, but not at Tangerine. Eligible existing FTTP and HFC Tangerine nbn® customers on the Speedy and Speedy Plus plans will be automatically upgraded to the new Speedy Max plan in September, at no extra cost. It’s a simple way for eligible customers to access higher speed tier without needing to lift a finger. Access to high-speed plans requires a compatible WiFi 6 modem that is correctly configured. Tangerine offers plug and play WiFi 6 CF40 modems for just $49.95, making it easy to boost home WiFi performance affordably.
Chief Executive Officer of Tangerine Andrew Branson said the launch of the new Speedy Max 500/50^ plan aligns perfectly with the upcoming nbn® upgrade in September, making it an ideal moment for families to sign up or switch to a plan that supports working from home, streaming entertainment, and staying connected with loved ones overseas, all with no additional cost.

Tangerine encourages customers to consider switching to the new Speedy Max 500/50 plan could enjoy faster speeds.^ Eligible customers on FTTN or FTTC connections are also invited to take advantage of the latest nbn® upgrades by moving to Fibre to the Premises (FTTP), by switching to an eligible Tangerine plan, you can upgrade to FTTP at no extra cost.~

^ IMPORTANT: 500/50 is the nbn® speed tier for the Speedy Max. If you sign up to a Speedy Max plan between 17/07/25 and 14/10/25, these will be provisioned on the 1000/50 nbn® Speed Tier temporarily at no extra cost. From 14/10/25 any customers on the Speedy Max plan will be migrated to the 500/50 nbn® Speed Tier. We will notify you in writing prior to this migration. The nbn® speed tier shows the theoretical maximum speed available under this plan. Actual speeds will be slower and will vary due to a range of factors. See Key Fact Sheet and or Critical Information Summary for more information. To access higher speeds available under this plan requires a compatible Wi-Fi 6 router that has been correctly configured.
