Why am I charged a Late Fee?

A late fee may be charged if your bill is not paid by the due date. Late fees help cover the administrative costs of managing overdue payments and maintaining your service.

To help avoid late fees, we recommend setting up Direct Debit, which allows your bill to be paid automatically on time.
