What's changing with my nbn service as part of the network move?

Were changing the wholesale network that delivers your Tangerine nbn® service. By 1 July, your service will be moved to Aussie Broadbands wholesale network. Youll remain a Tangerine customer, and nothing will change with your plan or billing as part of the move.

If you have a static IP address, youll receive a new static IP around a week before the changeover. Once we confirm youre on the new network, youll need to update any devices or services that rely on your static IP. Therell be no changes to your plan, price, or billing as part of the move – were just upgrading the network behind the scenes.
