What charges will appear on my first bill for my mobile service?

Your first mobile bill will typically include:

- Your first full monthly plan fee (billed in advance).
- Any upfront payment made at checkout, such as your first months plan fee or device/SIM charges.
- Applicable discounts or promotional credits (e.g., Tangerine offers).
- One-off fees, such as activation or shipping charges, if applicable.

⚠️ Note on Plan Changes:
If you change your mobile plan mid-cycle, you will be charged for both the old and the new plan in full. There is no pro-rata adjustment on the old plan. To avoid being charged for two plans in the same billing cycle, its recommended to change your plan at the beginning of a new billing cycle.


Example:

- If you change from a $30 plan to a $36 plan on the 15th of the month, your next bill will include:
- $30 for the old plan (even though it was only active for half the month).
- A pro-rata charge for the new $36 plan from the 15th to the end of the billing cycle.
