Should I select ‘new’ or ‘transfer’ for my nbn® order?

When you place an nbn® order, youll be asked during checkout whether your order is a New or Transfer connection.

When to select New
Select New if:

  • Your address has never been connected to nbn®, or
  • You're setting up a new nbn® service at an address where you have not previously had an nbn® connection


When to select Transfer

Select Transfer if:

  • You already have an active nbn® service at the same address, and
  • Youre switching that service from your current provider to Tangerine.
