If I change my plan mid-cycle, how will it affect my bill?

If you change your plan during a billing cycle, your bill will reflect charges for both the old and new plans:

Mobile services: You will be charged the full monthly fee for your old plan, even if you only used it for part of the month. You will also be charged the full monthly fee for your new plan. There is no pro-rata adjustment on the old plan.

NBN services: You will be charged a pro-rata amount for your new plan from the date the change takes effect. However, there is no pro-rata refund or adjustment for the old plan.

⚠️ Important Tip:
To avoid being charged for two plans in the same billing cycle, we strongly recommend changing your plan at the beginning of your next billing cycle. This ensures you only pay for one plan per month and helps you avoid unexpected charges.
