I signed up before the price increase and my nbn hasn’t been connected, what does this mean for me?

When you signed up to your Tangerine nbn® service, you would have paid your first months plan fee upfront. This fee sits on your account as a credit until your nbn® service is activated.

If your service starts before 16 June 2025, you wont see the price adjustment until your first bill, one month after your nbn® service is activated.

If your service starts on or after 16 June 2025, when our new nbn® plan prices are in effect, you will get a bill to cover the difference in plan fees. For example, if you signed up for the Value Plus plan on 5 June and paid $82.90, and your service starts on 20 June, you will receive a bill for $2 to cover the difference in fees as the Value Plus is increasing to $84.90.
