Need to update your bank or card info? You can do it anytime in our Self Help Portal,its quick, secure, and super easy.

Heres How to Set Up Direct Debit:

1. Log in to the Self Care Portal here.

2. Click on the Payment tab at the top of the page

3. Select Direct Debit Setup and choose either credit card or bank account

Enter your details:

a. Credit Card: Card Number, Expiration, CCV and Full Name.
Note: A small surcharge applies — 1% for VISA/Mastercard, 2% for AMEX

b. Bank Account: Account Name, BSB, Account Number and Bank Name.
Note: Theres no surcharge for bank account payments!

4. Hit Update to save your changes and youre all set!
