How can I pay my account ?

We like to keep things simple, your account is settled monthly using credit card or bank account direct debit.

When Are Payments Processed?
Direct debits are processed on the due date listed on the first page of your bill. Easy!

We also support other payment methods like BPAY, Australia Post, EFT, cheque, and credit card over the phone — but keep in mind, these may attract a small processing fee.

What Happens at Sign-Up?
When you join Tangerine, well take payment for:
• Your first months plan fee
• Any Wi-Fi router charges, if applicable
• This payment sits on your account as a credit until your service is activated, so youre all set and ready to go when your connection goes live.
