Can I change mobile plans?

Manage your Services in our Self Care Portal

At Tangerine we give our customers the ability to change mobile plans or top up their data as they need. This is a quick and easy process you can do yourself in our Self Care Portal.  If you are downgrading your plan, any stored data in your databank will be forfeited

1. Log into the Self Care Portal.

2. Hover over the Mobile tab and select Active Mobile Services from the dropdown or click 'Manage mobile'.

3. Click the View button on your applicable mobile service.

4. Select the 'Change' button, then 'Change Plan'.

5. Select your preferred plan from the 'New Plan' dropdown and the 'Confirm' button to complete your request

Your new plan will kick in on our plan reset date. Alternatively, you can top up your data instead to get you by until your reset date, by selecting 'Purchase add on' and then 'Activate' 3GB Data top-up (once).
